Enjoyed being part of another ProleWrites workshop at The Lloyds, Chorlton, Manchester on Saturday with sessions led by Mark Connors in the morning and Susan Castillo in the afternoon plus another memorable open mic in the evening. It was so good to meet up with people who I know and some new faces. I think we all felt inspired by Mark and Susan to create and share writing. Many thanks to Prole editors Brett Evans and Phil Robertson for organising another brilliant day.
Thanks to Prole for this pic of me at the open mic!

Incredibly pleased to report I’ve had a new poem accepted by Prole for the forthcoming Issue 27 (due Dec). I’m also proud because it means I will have had a poem in three of the last four issues. Massive thanks to editors Brett Evans and Phil Robertson. Prole always has excellent poetry and short stories. It is a great quality magazine and well worth subscribing to.

This issue also includes a great short story ‘Dystopia’ by my partner John Scottie Collins. My poem ‘How To Climb A Tree’ can be read here and scrolling down.
